Ingredients :
-Sweet corn 2 sheath.
- Garlic 10 segment.
-Pepper 1 teaspoon.
-Coriander root 2 Roots.
-Pork bones ½ Kg.
-Oyster sauce 1 tablespoon.
-Soy bean sauce 1-2 tablespoon.

Method :

Ingredient :

-Nam Prik Pao 1 tablespoon.
-Lemonade 5 tablespoon.
-Fish sauce 5 tablespoon.
-Tomato 2 fruits.
-Coriander leaves 2 sprigs.
-Lemon grass oblique split 2 sprigs.
-Galangal split ¼ cup.
-Kiffir Lime shred 2-3 leaves.
-Straw Mushroom Split half ½ cup.
-Chilli beat 7 seed
-Water 4 cup.

Method :
1.Prepared Nam Prik Pao ,fresh milk ,lemonade , Chilli beat Serve dish for input.

2. Insert the boiling water in pot to boil put fish sauce , lemon grass and galangal waiting fragrace.

3. Insert fish , shrimp and squid start enough foam insert Straw Mushroom,tomato , Kiffir Lime
4. Lift down, put the prepared dish garnish.
5. Decorate with coriander leaves, dry Chilli fry Paprika and dry fry Serve hot.

Ingredients :
- Shrimp skewer about 10 Piece.(If no ้have use dried shrimp 1 tablespoon.)
- Shrimp paste burn 1 teaspoon.
- Garlic 1 - 8 Piece.
- Shallots 1 onion.
- Chilli red 5-6 pieces
- Fish sauce 1 teaspoon.
- Sugar 2 teaspoon.
- Lemonade 2 teaspoon.
- Cooking oil
- Fresh vegetables(cucumber,parkia speciosa,yard long bean)


Method:
1.Pound onion ,garlic , red pepper , shrimp paste
2.Insert skewer shrimp or dried shrimp lightly fried pound heavily enough.
3.Put lemonade , fish sauce ,sugar to taste spicy.
4.Take Nam Prig puff . Use litter oil . It enough miniature yellow onion dip served. Sprinkle with remaining chilli red. Eat with fresh vegetables.

Moo Tom Bai Chamuang

- Chamuang leaves 1 kg.
- Pork 1 kg.
- Roasted sliced galangal ¼ cup.
- Roasted garlic ¼ cup

- Brown sugar 200 grams.
- Dried red Thai chili pepper 10 peppers.
- Ground pepper 1 teaspoon.
- Shrimp paste 1 tablespoon.
- Sea salt 1 teaspoon.
- Cooking oil ½ cup.

Method:
1.Cut pork
2.Pound together the galangal, garlic , dried peppers , ground pepper , salt and shrimp paste.
3.Heat the oil in a large frying pan , add the paste and stir-fry for 1 minute then add pork and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
4.Transfer into a large pot and add water. Then add Chamuang leaves ,thin soy sauce and brown sugar.
5.Reduce the heat and simmer for 25 minutes or until the meat is tender.
6.Remove from the heat , and ready to be served.

Ingredients : - Pink shrimp 200 grams.,Coconut grater 500 grams. ,Galangal oil (Kha) shred some light 1/4 cup. , Lemongrass 2 haulm. ,Leech Lime 2-3 leaves. Coriander , salt ,pepper and lemon.


Method :
1. Pink shrimp shell casing split after pulling out a black line.
2. Grate the coconut squash coconut milk (Cream coconut 3 cup and coconut milk 2 cup.)

Method:

Method :

Method :

Method :
1.Mix ingredients together to mix the water taste like the flavor.(Should have 3 flavors ; Sweet sour and salty)
2.Mix Bua Bog leaves , small onion , grilled shrimp , roasted coconut ,and water mix to blend together. Sprinkle powdered dried shrimp served before.

Tip :
1.Proportion of water depends on the mix of salty shrimp paste and dried shrimp. Should taste before seasoning.

Khamin Chun (Turmeric)

Character : Dark yellow to orange rhizome
Part used : Fresh or dried rhizome

Wan Hang Jarakae(Aloe)
