Moo Yen recipe

Moo Yen
Ingredients : Pork leg 1 kg.,Coriander root 4 - 5 root.,Sauce flavors 4 tablespoon.,Thin soy sauce 4 tablespoon.,Gelatin powder slightly.
Method :
1. Consume pork legs to be picking and scraping. Pot put enough water flooded enter coriander root , sauce flavors and thin soy sauce.
2. And velvety braised pork leg. Put it to cool. Take out pork legs and then filter the water.
3. A small piece of pork leg split. Then boiled in water to filter it. Water will condense in gluten.
(If not invincible to dissolve gelatin powder with water. To add a little.)
4. Boiled leg of pork tenderness and water started gluten. Insert molding only. Then immersed in the refrigerato.
