The 9 Auspicious Kanom Thai (Thai Treats)
Given its mouthwatering tastes and tantalizing natural aroma, Thai treats or known as Kanom Thai are the unique Thai-styled desserts i.e.egg yolk ,syrup ,coconut milk and local fruits as the base.In fact, each of Kanom Thai implies its distinctive value , in which its name always conveys the meaning of “Mongkol” (Luck and prosperity)Likewise, the foliowing 9 Thai treats in particular are know as “Kanom Mongkol”(the auspicious Thai treats) since they are selected to use in the Buddhist’s religious rites and ceremonies.

Tuay Fu
“Tuay Fu” : “Fu” means flourish or prosper. It is the most popular one to be used in all rites and ceremonies. Its fragrant temptation is made use of fresh flowers and jasmine throughout the wholesome process.


Cha Mongkut
