Kanom Fug Thong recipe
Ingredients : Steam cooked pumpkin shell (Pulp) 2 Cup.,Rice flour 1 Cup.,Cassava flour 1/2 Cup.,Coconut grater 1/2 Cup.,Salt 1/2 teaspoon.,Brown sugar 1 Cup.,Coconut milk 1/2 Cup
Method:
1. Winnow rice flour with cassava flour together. Then enter the pumpkin dish. Massage to harmonize.
2. Enter coconut grater , brown sugar , salt and a little coconut milk mixed together until the sugar dissolves out. Dessert is not clear viscous nature.
3. Insert Kanom scoop cup or insert molding. Wrap with banana leaf or. Sprinkle on top with coconut scraping salt mixture.
4. Bring dessert to steam about 10-15 minutes until cooked kanom left to lift the cold. Remove from cups or mold.
