
Ingredients : - Pink shrimp 200 grams.,Coconut grater 500 grams. ,Galangal oil (Kha) shred some light 1/4 cup. , Lemongrass 2 haulm. ,Leech Lime 2-3 leaves. Coriander , salt ,pepper and lemon.
Method :
1. Pink shrimp shell casing split after pulling out a black line.
2. Grate the coconut squash coconut milk (Cream coconut 3 cup and coconut milk 2 cup.)
3. Set fire to coconut milk galangal oil put , waiting until the boiling put a piece down to shred lemon grass.
4. Enter into leech lime leaves (shred)
5.Lift.
6. Cooked lemon pepper taste with salt.
Must have 3 flavors (Seasoned spicy).
